Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of the department and organization. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, organizing schedules, maintaining records, and facilitating effective communication within and outside the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation for easy retrieval.
  • Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and reorder as necessary.
  • Manage calendars and schedules for leaders or teams, coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for team members as required.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute emails, reports, and other communications on behalf of the team.
  • Enter, organize, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, or other tools.
  • Prepare reports and presentations by compiling information from various sources.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, and team activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting the needs of the team.

  • Earn a salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
