**Sales Opportunity at ARRIVE Hotel Memphis**
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team at ARRIVE Hotel Memphis, a vibrant boutique hotel in the heart of the South Main Arts District.
As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Your excellent communication skills, combined with your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, make you an ideal candidate for this role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, contracts, and other sales materials to clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of experience in sales development or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
