Role Overview: In the capacity of Asset Manager, you will play a crucial role within a high-achieving team tasked with managing commercial real estate properties and investments. Your responsibilities will encompass comprehensive reporting, performance assessments, ensuring compliance with agreements, cash flow projections, property valuations, and mentoring of junior team members. This role presents a significant opportunity to utilize your expertise and contribute to the ongoing success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and enhance a portfolio of commercial real estate properties.
  • Conduct routine performance evaluations and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Prepare and assess cash flow forecasts and property valuations.
  • Employ advanced Excel modeling and other analytical tools for financial assessments.
  • Guide and train junior staff, promoting a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.
  • Ensure precise and timely reporting on property performance and financial indicators.

Qualifications:
  • 7-9+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate asset management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in asset management, property valuation, commercial real estate financing, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential; familiarity with Argus is advantageous.
  • Proven job stability and a strong record of performance.
