A distinguished real estate asset management firm located in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management.

This organization has successfully executed over $10 billion in transactions over the last twenty years, engaging in various property sectors such as industrial, multifamily, and retail.

The team is eager to welcome a new Vice President of Asset Management who will be pivotal in enhancing the asset management operations and optimizing the performance of the firm’s property portfolio.


Key Responsibilities of the VP of Asset Management:
  • Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to foster overall growth.
  • Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio encompassing industrial, multifamily, and retail properties.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with investors, developers, and essential stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with property managers to ensure the success of properties and assets.
  • Regularly evaluate portfolios to gauge performance and implement necessary adjustments and corrective measures.
  • Conduct market analysis, assess potential acquisitions, and evaluate possible dispositions to enhance the portfolio.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on asset performance to senior management and investors.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and legal standards related to property management and investment.

The ideal candidate for the VP of Asset Management role will possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management or real estate operations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a variety of property types.
  • Outstanding communication skills coupled with strong ethical principles.
  • A willingness to travel to various assets.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
