Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Beverage Specialist to enhance our Lancer Hospitality operations at City House. In this role, you will have the chance to craft and serve a wide range of drinks while providing meal service to a varied clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhering to established recipes to prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons at the service bar.
  • Setting up and dismantling all front of house and back of house beverage stations.
  • Assisting with food service as required.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, including recommending and describing menu items.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Capability to memorize and articulate a variety of drink recipes, particularly for mixed beverages.
  • Previous bartending experience is not mandatory.
