Business Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to join our dynamic team at Saint Therese, a leading nonprofit senior housing and service provider in Minnesota.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and process skilled nursing facility and housing bills, collect and post payments on all private pay accounts.
- Conduct thorough aging reviews and coordinate billing and collection efforts with the Campus Executive Director and other departments as required.
- Perform various clerical duties related to resident financial activities, including contacting residents, family members, and insurance companies to resolve unpaid claims.
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable for the campus.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree in a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of previous business office experience in long-term care, with expertise in electronic claim submission and knowledge of Medicare A and B, Medicaid, and managed care payers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows-based billing application software.
- Preferred experience with Point Click Care software, PVault, and Great Plains accounting software.
