About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to join our dynamic team at Saint Therese, a leading nonprofit senior housing and service provider in Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process skilled nursing facility and housing bills, collect and post payments on all private pay accounts.
  • Conduct thorough aging reviews and coordinate billing and collection efforts with the Campus Executive Director and other departments as required.
  • Perform various clerical duties related to resident financial activities, including contacting residents, family members, and insurance companies to resolve unpaid claims.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable for the campus.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of previous business office experience in long-term care, with expertise in electronic claim submission and knowledge of Medicare A and B, Medicaid, and managed care payers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows-based billing application software.
  • Preferred experience with Point Click Care software, PVault, and Great Plains accounting software.
