Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Vice President of Business Development with extensive experience in the pharmacy and healthcare sectors. As the Vice President of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships within the pharmacy and healthcare landscape, leveraging your industry expertise to drive revenue growth.
• Forge alliances with pharmaceutical manufacturers, health plans, and other key stakeholders to expand CaryRx's network and market presence.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities in the pharmacy and healthcare sectors.
• Translate market insights into actionable business strategies that position CaryRx as an industry leader.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans, aligning with CaryRx's vision and objectives for healthcare transformation.
• Lead the expansion into new markets and geographic regions, adapting strategies to address specific market needs.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical executives, health plan leaders, and other key decision-makers.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnerships and the delivery of exceptional solutions.
Requirements:
• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in business development within the pharmacy and healthcare sectors, with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in forging partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding market reach within the healthcare industry.
• Deep understanding of pharmacy operations, healthcare regulations, and market trends.
• Strong network of contacts and relationships within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders effectively.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
• Leadership experience in building and managing high-performing business development teams.
