Job Title: Strategic Business Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Leader to join our team at Glass Doctor. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of our business, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and leading a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve profitability, and increase market share.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of our services.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial operations of the business, ensuring profitability, positive cash flow, and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing strategies to build the business, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to measure and improve team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the glass industry or a related field.
  • Skills: Proven track record of success in strategic planning, leadership, customer satisfaction, financial management, marketing, and sales.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead by example, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
