Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned FP&A Manager to oversee our financial planning and analysis for the Bushnell brand within the Revelyst Outdoor Performance platform, which encompasses various outdoor accessory brands. Our strategic focus is on prioritizing consumer needs, leveraging strong brand identities, and fostering internal investments. The goal is to enhance the Outdoor Performance business by establishing a consumer-centric approach. Our Finance team collaborates across departments to deliver precise financial forecasts, assess risks, and drive profitability improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning: Spearhead the creation, execution, and ongoing oversight of financial planning processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive analyses to support strategic decisions, evaluate business performance, identify trends, and propose actionable insights to enhance financial outcomes. Assess the implications of business strategies, customer profitability, and brand performance in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and sustain precise forecasting models to predict financial performance, track variances against budgets/forecasts, and generate regular management reports to convey essential findings and recommendations.
  • Business Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders to continuously refine and advance the business, enhancing growth and profitability through effective financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance, track progress towards financial objectives, and proactively identify areas for enhancement.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders that facilitate critical decision-making within the organization.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial planning and analysis processes, streamline reporting systems, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis within a consumer products manufacturing or sourcing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting findings clearly and influencing decision-makers.
  • Strategic mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, contributing to innovative solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with all organizational levels.
Compensation:
Salary range: $97,000 - $152,900. The actual annual salary offered will depend on various factors including experience, geographic location, education, and skills, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
