Position Overview:

As a vital member of the Alliance sales team, the Customer Service Representative is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and sales assistance. This role is essential in fostering strong customer relationships and generating profitable business opportunities for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage customer communications regarding orders, including processing requests, tracking order status, and handling backorders.
  • Input orders for standard products accurately and promptly.
  • Follow up on customer quotes and provide necessary feedback.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Alliance's door and millwork offerings.

Team Collaboration:

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by:

  • Working closely with team members to enhance professional growth and exceed customer expectations.
  • Communicating effectively to ensure alignment and foster teamwork.
  • Encouraging team participation and success.
  • Demonstrating the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a customer service-focused office setting.
  • Preferred familiarity with the millwork or construction industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
