SUMMARY: This role involves providing exceptional customer support, performing clerical tasks, and managing business details through various responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following tasks are integral to this position. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

- Responds to incoming calls, engaging with customers to deliver outstanding service, addressing complaints, and managing customer accounts.

- Conducts data entry tasks efficiently.

- Opens and categorizes incoming mail.

- Performs general office duties, including maintaining and organizing files.

- Assists with special projects as directed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: To excel in this role, an individual must successfully complete each essential duty. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for this position. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A one-year certificate from a college or technical school; or three to six months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Capable of writing simple correspondence and effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and other employees.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Proficient in basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but straightforward written or oral instructions. Capable of addressing problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
