  • Address customer questions, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
  • Process customer service requests through various communication methods
  • Foster and maintain effective working relationships while providing excellent service
  • Manage customer complaints with professionalism
  • Create and document knowledge resources for customer reference
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and policies
  • Proficiently utilize or learn the Netsuite ERP system
  • Act as a product knowledge expert and provide relevant information
  • Collaborate with departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to meet customer needs
  • Execute opening and closing procedures for retail operations
  • Conduct transactions accurately while engaging with customers
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including active listening
  • Demonstrated initiative and innovative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
