About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our hospitality industry team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing our restaurant management solutions to mid-market restaurants across the US.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell our restaurant management solutions to mid-market restaurants.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and trials with potential clients.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in restaurant sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
