Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction projects for our clients in the K-12 education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective project communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural project management, preferably in the K-12 education sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project, and construction management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • GC/MEP background and experience working with K-12 school districts, higher education institutions, and government agencies.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Procore, and construction management tools.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, codes, and standards.
