With over 70 years of collective expertise in Landscape Architecture and Land Planning, our practice encompasses a variety of sectors: Corporate and Commercial Spaces, Residential Developments, Streetscapes and Public Areas, Parks and Recreational Facilities, Hospitality and Resorts, and Therapeutic Gardens.
Our services also include solution-oriented offerings such as Conservation and LEED Design, Green Infrastructure, Master Planning, Reclamation, Urban Design, and Project Management. The American Society Of Landscape Architects collaborates with both national and local organizations.
Responsibilities:
Deliver a clear project vision by ensuring that construction documents are meticulously completed. Engage in project discussions with clients and consultants for effective coordination. Maintain and distribute meeting notes to monitor action items, next steps, and responsible parties. Utilize project management tools to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Communicate project timelines with the Studio Director to meet deadlines. Oversee junior staff to guarantee they are executing tasks to the highest standards. Conduct quality assurance and quality control on projects. Prepare planning and site designs that align with our commitment to sustainable practices. Execute site analysis, including surveys of existing conditions and field measurements. Conceptualize across various scales and project types, from large communities to urban settings at both planning and detailed design levels. Ensure all tasks adhere to our established standards. Prepare contract documents, including details, sections, elevations, and schedules. Produce amendments, addenda, and bulletins as necessary. Assist in developing adaptations and technical alternatives for team review. Collaborate with and support junior staff in project completion. Apply your skills in design application software effectively.Compensation & Benefits:

A professional degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline. 2-10+ years of experience in project management. A strong work ethic and eagerness to acquire new skills in a growing planning and urban design environment. Exceptional conceptual thinking with the ability to articulate ideas both graphically and verbally. Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Familiarity with ArcGIS, Rhino, and Lumion is advantageous. Strong hand-drawing and rendering abilities are required. Proven design and technical experience at a consistently high level. Experience managing all phases of a project lifecycle. Excellent interpersonal communication skills—verbal, listening, and written, including client presentation capabilities. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a drive to learn. A collaborative and professional approach to work. The ability to mentor and guide junior staff. Professional licensure is preferred but not mandatory.Travel Requirements:
