About GPAC

Gpac is a reputable Architecture and Design Firm seeking an Architectural Design Professional to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Project Architects to prepare conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings.
  • Review design documents and construction estimates.
  • Assist in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings.
  • Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects.
  • Architectural license not required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
  • Experience in Education K-12, Higher Education, Commercial, Municipal, Medical, Religious preferred.
  • Strong technical, code, and detailing skills for quality documentation.
  • Enthusiastic commitment to the team environment.
  • Proactive written and verbal communication skills.
