Job Responsibilities:

As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and execution of architectural projects from initial concept through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the design and development phases of architectural projects, including conceptualization, schematic design, and construction documentation.
  • Collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Developing and managing project timelines, budgets, and contractual agreements.
  • Conducting site assessments and inspections to verify that construction aligns with plans and specifications.
  • Leading project teams and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Ensuring all project outputs meet client and regulatory requirements.
  • Engaging in business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.


Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project oversight.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant AEC software.
  • Experience in healthcare design is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  • LEED accreditation is advantageous.
