As a Sales Partner at City Wide Facility Solutions, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations and sales department to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Implementing and maintaining the company's budget and forecast, analyzing financial reporting on a monthly basis to maximize shareholder return.
  • Defining and implementing strategies to accelerate business growth, building and influencing a high-performing sales team, and strengthening a culture of operational excellence.
  • Establishing, implementing, and enforcing policies that promote the company's culture and vision.
  • Leading employees to encourage maximum performance and engagement in achieving our mission and vision.
  • Enhancing financial performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics for continued growth in new building and/or facility maintenance services.
  • Leading a high-performance team, attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent, making hiring and separation recommendations.
  • Establishing and monitoring employee performance and development goals, assigning accountabilities, setting objectives, and establishing sales priorities.
  • Assisting in the protection of the company by ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, policies, and safety regulations.
  • Periodic travel for training and national conventions.
How Success Will Be Measured

Your success as a Sales Partner will be measured by:

  • New monthly sales
  • Retention of existing clients
  • Overall revenue growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, B2B sales, and operations with a proven history of sales growth.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a sales workforce with strong accountability for results and achievement of sales goals.
  • Demonstrated experience with budgets, forecasts, financial statements, and strong business acumen with systems that support this function.
  • Attention to detail, knowing when to roll-up your sleeves and when to leverage help from others.
  • Extraordinary organizational skills, ability to prioritize assignments and projects in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development in a growth model.
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive, a leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical sales, operational, and financial initiatives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to inspire others, command respect and confidence at all levels.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required; MBA is preferred.
