Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate contracts.
- Partner Acquisition: Identify and acquire new partnerships, including contract negotiation and evaluation of proposals.
- Partner Onboarding: Provide sales and product training to new partners, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Partner Management: Manage existing partnerships, including pipeline management and regular reporting.
- Partner Success: Visit partners and customers as needed, attend local events, and promote partnerships to ensure success.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and surpass revenue targets set by senior leadership.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate business terms and dissect contracts with strategic technology partners, coordinating with administration, marketing, and legal stakeholders as needed.
- Product Development: Identify and build product offerings that meet the needs of our clients and their customers.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development or a head of sales role, with prior work experience in Africa.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Skills: Strong ability to close deals, ability to get up to speed quickly, and thorough understanding of the FinTech/Cryptocurrency space.
- Industry Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of B2B discipline, outgoing client manager professional, solid B2B sales experience, and third-party distribution channel management.
