- Market & Sales Analysis: Collaborate with executive leadership to review sales performance, identify market trends, and explore new growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with corporate departments such as Operations, Marketing, and the executive team to ensure best practices are followed and to recommend process improvements.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through collaborative efforts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
- Key Account Management: Oversee relationships with key accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a Sales Manager or senior sales role, with a preference for those with experience serving as a Regional Sales Manager driving new business and maintaining current clientele.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Location & Travel: Based in California with the ability to travel within the state (20-40% travel, occasionally).
- Flexibility: Willingness to respond to client or team needs, including evenings or weekends, as required.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities to ensure success across local branches.
