Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 7-10 sales professionals to achieve maximum subscription-based ARR within a defined region.
- Collaborate with other sales leaders to develop and execute the optimal sales process for our target market.
- Ensure accurate and timely team forecasting.
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and collaboration with the Business Development, Marketing, and Alliances teams.
- Contribute strategically by targeting new market segments, verticals, and use cases.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing a field sales team in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven success managing sales of cross-departmental iPaaS solutions to net new customers.
- Experience engaging with a partner ecosystem to maximize customer value.
- Selling to mid-market and enterprise eCommerce and/or high-growth SaaS companies is a plus.
