Key Responsibilities- Sales Management

- Track and follow up on contracts and closings to ensure a smooth and timely process.
- Assist in managing leases for Car Caves.
- Prepare closing packets and other necessary information for closings.
- Maintain up-to-date Car Cave closing reports.
- Develop and recommend sales promotions for prospective buyers.
- Marketing Strategy
- Assist in developing advertising and marketing estimates.
- Maintain and update sales literature for distribution.
- Collaborate with advertising vendors to develop marketing ideas and implement ad programs.
- Monitor website and make revisions as needed with VP approval.
- Manage and maintain a prospective customer follow-up program.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Operations
- Review and analyze contracts and pricing requests.
- Monitor Car Cave website and make necessary revisions.
- Visit other sites
- Coordinate with construction management on project schedules and inspect models regularly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Public Relations
- Represent the company in local media and generate positive public relations opportunities.
- Coordinate press releases and ensure they are approved by the President or VP.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
- MUST have knowledge of high-end, collectible and vintage cars.
- Ability to travel to different sites and market areas.
- Perform any other Company related task assigned by President or VP.
