Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Management
    • Oversee and manage the sales process for new Car Caves.
    • Track and follow up on contracts and closings to ensure a smooth and timely process.
    • Assist in managing leases for Car Caves.
    • Prepare closing packets and other necessary information for closings.
    • Maintain up-to-date Car Cave closing reports.
    • Develop and recommend sales promotions for prospective buyers.
  • Marketing Strategy
    • Assist in developing advertising and marketing estimates.
    • Maintain and update sales literature for distribution.
    • Collaborate with advertising vendors to develop marketing ideas and implement ad programs.
    • Monitor website and make revisions as needed with VP approval.
    • Manage and maintain a prospective customer follow-up program.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Operations
    • Review and analyze contracts and pricing requests.
    • Monitor Car Cave website and make necessary revisions.
    • Visit other sites
    • Coordinate with construction management on project schedules and inspect models regularly.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Public Relations
    • Represent the company in local media and generate positive public relations opportunities.
    • Coordinate press releases and ensure they are approved by the President or VP.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
  • MUST have knowledge of high-end, collectible and vintage cars.
  • Ability to travel to different sites and market areas.
  • Perform any other Company related task assigned by President or VP.
