Job Summary

Mortgage Sales and Originations Manager

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Sales and Originations Manager to lead our branch sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training licensed mortgage loan originators and support staff.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit, hire, and train licensed mortgage loan originators and support staff.
  2. Ensure the origination of quality loans.
  3. Generate personal production and develop relationships with Realtors and customers.
  4. Exercise administrative control over sales function for branch as assigned.
  5. Assume a leadership role among Mortgage Loan Origination staff.
  6. Coach, motivate, and support Mortgage Loan Originators to ensure growth and profitability.
  7. Provide superior customer service to present and potential customers.
  8. Responsible for development of new business and strengthening of existing relationships.
  9. Maintain a working knowledge of federal, state, and local governments' and private investors' policies and guidelines.
  10. Maintain strong familiarity with current trends in the real estate and mortgage banking industries.

Requirements:

  1. Three years or more of management experience in mortgage sales preferred.
  2. Minimum three years of related experience within the mortgage industry.
  3. Leadership and communication skills.
  4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  5. Proficient in MS Windows software.
  6. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics preferred.
  7. Travel will be required.

Compensation:

$43,888.00/Yr - $500,000.00/Yr
