About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Partnerships and Premium Sales to join our team at Oak View Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue from local, regional, and national companies through the sale of integrated sponsorship, premium seating, and hospitality packages throughout the venue.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing strategic corporate partnerships, with a strong focus on sales, marketing, and customer service. You will be responsible for establishing new business relationships, analyzing marketing needs, and presenting proposals to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish new business relationships to achieve annual revenue goals
  • Analyze specific marketing needs of prospects based on partner objectives, market strategies, category potential, activation potential, and financials
  • Present proposals to clients and negotiate contracts
  • Develop and manage strategic corporate partnerships
  • Work closely with regional management and on-site local management
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience with emphasis in major league team sports, larger market media (TV, radio), and/or sponsorship sales
  • Proven track record of developing and managing strategic corporate partnerships
  • Strong prospecting, analytical, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, events, and holidays as required
