Job Summary

Nexus Automation is seeking an experienced Back Office Finance Specialist to oversee the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and payroll management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage order processing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate payment
  • Process payroll for approximately 10 employees and contractors through ADP Run
  • Run retirement contributions and ensure payroll is correctly accounted for in QuickBooks
  • Work closely with bookkeepers to ensure receipts are properly managed
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in finance, accounting, or similar positions
  • Previous experience running payroll, ideally with ADP
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Able to work independently and identify needed tasks
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
