Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office activities, supervising staff, and ensuring maximum productivity and expense control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train clerical staff to ensure accurate performance and constant coverage.
  • Oversee the creation of purchase orders and processing of invoices for plant and farms.
  • Analyze and organize office operations and procedures, including bookkeeping, payroll entry, and information management.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets for all departments.
  • Create and distribute weekly and monthly operational reports.
  • Formulate procedures for record retention, protection, and disposal.
  • Function as Information Systems liaison.
  • Reconcile seed costs and purchases.
  • Solicit quotes and order supplies and equipment.
  • Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs against budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Two years of experience in accounting, office administration, or related field.
  • Experience with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, account reconciliation, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with UKG PRO/Kronos preferred.
