Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office activities, supervising staff, and ensuring maximum productivity and expense control.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train clerical staff to ensure accurate performance and constant coverage.
- Oversee the creation of purchase orders and processing of invoices for plant and farms.
- Analyze and organize office operations and procedures, including bookkeeping, payroll entry, and information management.
- Prepare and monitor budgets for all departments.
- Create and distribute weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Formulate procedures for record retention, protection, and disposal.
- Function as Information Systems liaison.
- Reconcile seed costs and purchases.
- Solicit quotes and order supplies and equipment.
- Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs against budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Two years of experience in accounting, office administration, or related field.
- Experience with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, account reconciliation, and analysis.
- Familiarity with UKG PRO/Kronos preferred.
