We are eager to welcome a Program Manager who will spearhead all project planning, management, and oversight for pivotal initiatives during the execution of significant programs. This role ensures that both Neapco's and our clients' objectives are achieved punctually, within budget, and with exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee both regional and global initiatives for new product integration:
  1. Formulate and monitor comprehensive timing schedules.
  2. Manage program finances and budget reporting.
  3. Guide diverse cross-functional teams through routine and urgent tasks.
  4. Serve as the risk manager, identifying, tracking, and proposing solutions for functional and program challenges.
  5. Lead the monitoring and reporting of customer-sourced projects, adhering to established review processes.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of streamlined Global Program Management procedures and systems.
Maintain platform accountability post-launch to ensure all modifications and minor introductions meet both Neapco's and customer specifications.Facilitate consistent communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external.Train and guide program teams in utilizing necessary tools and systems to achieve program goals.Act as the primary contact for customer-related issues.Perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management, and project management on complex global initiatives.
  • Preferred knowledge of powertrain products and processes (experience with half shafts, axles, and transmissions is advantageous).
  • Experience in multicultural business environments.
  • Adept at driving towards overarching goals while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of Program Management experience.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in at least two other functional areas (manufacturing, product development, sales, or supply chain management).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting a polished and professional image to all stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of personal accountability for consistently delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Office365.
  • Proven ability in process and procedure development.
  • Understanding of production, engineering, quality, and MP&L disciplines.
  • Familiarity with VDA/IATF/APQP quality systems.
  • Solid understanding of project financial principles and Neapco financial tools.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%, primarily during launch phases) both domestically and internationally.

Educational Background:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
