As we commemorate our century-long legacy, we are eager to enhance our team with a Program Manager. This role is pivotal in steering project planning, management, and oversight for critical initiatives, ensuring that both Neapco's and our clients' goals are achieved efficiently, within budget, and with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee both regional and global initiatives for new product integration, including:
  1. Formulating and monitoring comprehensive timelines
  2. Managing program finances and budget reporting
  3. Leading diverse cross-functional teams through routine and urgent tasks
  4. Acting as a risk manager to identify, monitor, and propose solutions for program challenges
  5. Facilitating the tracking and reporting of customer-driven projects, adhering to established review processes
  6. Contributing to the development and implementation of efficient Global Program Management procedures
Maintain responsibility for product platforms post-launch, ensuring compliance with both Neapco's and customer specifications for all modifications and minor launches.Establish and maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external.Train and guide program teams in utilizing necessary tools and systems to achieve program objectives.Serve as the primary contact for customer-related issues.Perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in managing teams, strategic planning, risk assessment, change management, and overseeing complex global programs.
  • Preferred knowledge of powertrain products and processes, particularly half shafts, axles, and transmissions.
  • Experience in multicultural business environments.
  • A strong ability to focus on overarching goals while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in Program Management.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in at least two other functional areas, such as manufacturing, product development, sales, or supply chain management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting a polished and professional image to all stakeholders.
  • A strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Office365.
  • Proven ability in developing processes and procedures.
  • Understanding of production, engineering, quality, and MP&L disciplines.
  • Familiarity with VDA/IATF/APQP quality systems.
  • Solid understanding of project financial principles and Neapco's financial tools.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%, primarily during launch phases) both domestically and internationally.

Education:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
