Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and coordinating calendars.
  • Prepare various documents using Microsoft Office Suite and other software.
  • Manage project coordination, including creating Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Support the sales team with writing and maintaining business reviews and sales presentations.
  • Generate, run, and format reports and spreadsheets in Excel.
  • Prepare and process accounting forms, including check requests, purchase requisitions, and invoices.
  • Assist clients with sales and marketing-related questions.
  • Manage phone call schedules and calendars for the VP of Operations, Sales Directors, and Sales Managers.
Requirements
  • Associate of Arts degree in Communication, English, Business, or Marketing.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Accuracy in typing 60 words per minute.
  • Ability to use 10-key and maintain confidentiality.
