Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Health Project Coordinator to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) programs across our residential programs in Georgia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of PBIS programs, including training, observations, data collection, and feedback.
  • Oversee and supervise instructional components used by staff, ensuring compliance with program standards and best practices.
  • Conduct performance and program integrity observations to ensure high-quality services.
  • Monitor and develop PBIS program data and collection systems to inform program improvement.
  • Coordinate leadership team meetings and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Conduct program assessments and participate in quality control evaluations to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Perform function-based assessments and manage behavior plan implementation to support individualized care.
  • Act as a liaison between program coordinators and administrators to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field. Master's degree and/or BCBA/BCaBA preferred.
  • Three years' experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, preferably with adults.
  • Demonstrated experience in Positive Behavior Support, performance management strategies, and project coordination.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Access) and database management.
  • Valid driver's license required.
