Role Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement tailored behavior support plans for toddlers, children, and adolescents. Your role will involve nurturing individuals while guiding them through essential skills for their daily lives.

  • Deliver direct ABA therapy to clients in a one-on-one setting
  • Accurately implement Behavior Support Plans as directed by the BCBA
  • Receive constructive feedback and actively address areas for improvement as outlined by the BCBA
  • Assist in the preparation and development of instructional materials
  • Conduct clinical data collection and complete administrative tasks with precision and timeliness
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Engage in in-service training and participate in staff meetings
  • Provide debriefs to caregivers after each session
  • Maintain confidentiality of health information
  • Fulfill authorized therapy hours for each client
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A valid Registered Behavior Technician credential (assistance with obtaining this can be provided)
  • A valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
  • Clear criminal background checks
  • A passion for working with and caring for children
  • A positive and outgoing demeanor
  • The ability to accept ongoing constructive feedback
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A commitment to teamwork
  • A desire to build a career supporting individuals with disabilities
