Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at DXP Enterprises. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business-to-business sales calls on manufacturing and food processing facilities throughout the region to promote and sell industrial air compressors and related services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Prepare and present product specifications and quotation packages to customers, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and sales performance, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Travel daily within assigned territory to customer locations as needed to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience in the industrial sales or air compressor service industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand and communicate technical information to customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
