Job Summary

At Plantation Ford, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling automobiles by understanding and demonstrating their characteristics, capabilities, and features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and Demonstrate Automobiles: Study the characteristics, capabilities, and features of various automobile models, comparing and contrasting them to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and Qualify Buyers: Maintain a strong rapport with previous customers, suggest trade-ins, and respond to inquiries to build trust and close sales.
  • Demonstrate and Sell Automobiles: Explain the features and benefits of automobiles, take test drives, and provide excellent customer service to meet sales goals.
  • Closing Sales: Overcome objections, negotiate prices, and complete sales or purchase contracts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge and stay current with industry trends.
