The Percepta House is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, and performing a wide range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Management: Maintain the organization of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and overseeing office maintenance.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls for the team. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including drafting, editing, and proofreading documents as required.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for staff and executives.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer queries, and provide general information in a professional and courteous manner.
- Financial Duties: Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with budget management as required.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in tasks and documents.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs, identify solutions, and solve problems independently.
Salary: $53,500 per year
