Administrative Assistant Opportunity

The Ford Agency is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the Diversity and Inclusion team at a top DC law firm. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in coordinating event and program logistics, tracking firm sponsorships and partnerships, and supporting the team's initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate programs and events to promote diversity and inclusion
  • Track and manage firm sponsorships and partnerships
  • Monitor the team inbox and update the calendar
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice management
  • Take meeting notes and distribute them to the team
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of administrative experience in a law firm environment
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Strong attention to detail
