  • Collaborate with the Sales department to ensure compliance with daily operational procedures.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to clients and guests.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to ensure departmental standards are met.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a tailored experience for their events.

**Requirements**

  • High school graduate, with some college education preferred.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Sales, Catering, or Convention Services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups and deal with problems involving multiple variables.
  • Familiarity with Sales and Marketing tools, as well as knowledge of room set-ups and standard equipment.
