We are on the lookout for a Part-Time Cosmetic Sales Specialist who is eager to highlight cutting-edge hair care tools and styling products. Position Overview

As a Cosmetic Sales Specialist, you will represent our esteemed client and their premium range of hair styling products. Your role will involve visiting retail locations to engage shoppers and demonstrate the exceptional features of these innovative tools. You will have the chance to showcase how these products have transformed the beauty landscape by merging advanced technology with elegant design. As a representative of our brand, you will play a vital role in influencing customers' styling choices.

Many of our successful Cosmetic Sales Specialists collaborate with other brands in the beauty sector. The ideal candidate possesses a vibrant personality and a genuine passion for the beauty industry, can easily connect with diverse individuals, and is capable of confidently demonstrating essential styling techniques during in-store presentations.

Schedule and Main Location

  • 16 hours per weekend
  • Saturdays and Sundays Required
  • Various retail locations in San Antonio, TX

What We Offer

  • $22.00 to $26.00 per hour

Duties

  • Share your enthusiasm for the brand with store associates and customers
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations
  • Provide insightful beauty consultations and expert product knowledge to boost sales
  • Train store staff to communicate product information effectively
  • Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards
  • Build positive professional relationships with store management and beauty advisors
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings
  • Complete feedback surveys after each shift

Qualifications

  • Valid cosmetology license preferred, but not mandatory
  • High energy and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in hair styling or a salon environment
  • Background in retail, customer service, or sales preferred
  • Access to reliable transportation for commuting
  • Adherence to professional appearance standards
  • Access to a smart device for reporting and communication
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods
