Our esteemed client in the cybersecurity sector is on the lookout for a Client Success Engineer to enhance their team.
Job Title:
Client Success Engineer - Next Generation Firewall (NGFW)
Location:
Hybrid
Role Responsibilities:
Gain an in-depth understanding of Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies, offering technical support to clients and partners to maximize the effectiveness of our solutions.
Engage with various teams, including Product and Engineering, to aid in the development, integration, and execution of network security and endpoint solutions.
Serve as a client advocate, guiding upgrade choices by recommending stable code versions and pinpointing relevant use cases.
Assist clients in identifying suitable releases for upgrades to effectively meet their security goals.
Collaborate closely with account teams to support the delivery of a high-touch service strategy, technical account plan implementations, and product-level success strategies.
Qualifications:
• A degree in STEM fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Networking.
• Proficient understanding of JIRA and JQL is essential.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python is highly advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of network security principles, coupled with a strong eagerness to learn and develop expertise in Palo Alto Networks NGFW security platforms.
• Awareness of Enterprise network products and a genuine interest in expanding knowledge in network security.
• Fundamental understanding of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
