This role will also play a crucial part in the introduction of our new Fresh and Commercial divisions. What We Offer:

Competitive Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 (base salary + bonus)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a workplace culture that aligns with WizeHire objectives and define the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
  • Recruit, interview, select, and develop an appropriate number of managers and attendants.
  • Focus on team development to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze operational patterns and trends.
  • Create procedures that comply with HR regulations.
  • Guide, support, and develop staff, including overseeing the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Encourage staff ownership and accountability through consistent feedback.
  • Lead employees to meet productivity, quality, and goal achievement expectations set by the organization.
  • Manage employee work schedules, including training, call-ins, and overseeing overtime hours.
  • Implement and refine processes and protocols to maintain operational excellence (quality, speed, efficiency, and output).
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required for this position.
Previous experience in operations or related fields is essential.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail, hospitality, or food service.
Demonstrated leadership and development qualities are a must.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are crucial for this role.
Knowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles is necessary.
Proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel, is required.
The ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the management team is essential for providing leadership and direction.
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 base + bonus
