KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct essential testing operations within the laboratory environment.
- Offer technical assistance and resolve instrument-related challenges.
- Maintain quality assurance, proficiency evaluations, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Oversee staff performance and competency in designated technical areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate or bachelor's degree in laboratory science.
- Completion of an accredited medical laboratory technician program.
- Experience in testing areas such as Immunology, Chemistry, Hematology, and Microbiology.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a high-complexity laboratory setting.
