Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel extensively to oversee all facets of your designated region.
  • Direct and manage operational functions effectively.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, objectives, and strategies to ensure efficiency and minimize risks.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to managers and supervisors within your region.
  • Demonstrate innovative thinking and respond promptly to challenges to avert escalation.
  • Maintain accurate payroll documentation.
  • Prepare estimates and workload proposals as needed.
  • Ensure that quality control standards are not only met but surpassed.
  • Administer disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage inventory and supply levels effectively.
  • Facilitate training for new and current employees on appropriate cleaning protocols within your region.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of management experience in the service industry, particularly in janitorial services, is required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The designated region may include various facilities such as office buildings, warehouses, educational institutions, or similar establishments.
  • Ability to exhibit expertise in industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must possess strong multitasking abilities.
