The Human Resource Information Systems Analyst - ERP will participate in the analysis, development, and implementation of ERP/HR systems to support organizational needs. The position is responsible for the development of required system documentation, HRIS reports, system tables, process flows, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ERP/HR systems to support organizational needs
  • Provide support for automated projects within the area of Human Resources
  • Develop system documentation, HRIS reports, system tables, process flows, etc.
  • Train staff on HRIS Systems related procedures
  • Work with vendors to adapt training to support end users

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a major in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Human Resources or a related major
  • 0– 4 years of experience in a ERP or integrated system environment
  • HR Analytics/HR Data/Applicant Tracking system/HRIS background preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working successfully in a team environment
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills with a high attention to detail
  • Exposure to Taleo/Oracle, Lawson/Infor, and SQL query programming language
