Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Concord Hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the administration, direction, and operations of Human Resources for the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the administration of performance appraisal systems, record keeping, benefits administration, department intercommunication, wage and payroll administration.
Monitor compliance with established personnel policies and procedures.
Provide direction and counsel to the HR Director on issues pertaining to associates in employment matters.
Ensure annual wage and salary reviews and administration are complete.
Assist with the transition and orientation of new associates.
Monitor and assist with training efforts.
Liaise with hotel associates regarding benefits administration.
Conduct oneself to reflect the high standards of professionalism within the Concord Hospitality organization.
