Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at VP Management. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Process online and phone reservations, providing accurate and timely information to guests
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests
  • Upsell additional services and amenities to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
