Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Professional Growth and Development to join our Boston office. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive professional growth and career development initiatives across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent optimization processes to improve employee lifecycle management
  • Coach people managers on best practices for talent development and performance management
  • Build strong relationships with leaders across the organization to understand their needs and provide tailored support
  • Manage performance review and promotion process, including coaching managers on best practices and maintaining data-driven insights
  • Create and implement tools and programs to enable effective development across areas such as career development, functional development, and performance management
  • Partner with leadership stakeholders to assess needs and provide content for learning topics, resources, and solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a people manager, supporting teams through leadership, staff coaching, etc.
  • Experience identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and optimize processes in pursuit of driving professional growth for staff
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive action across different levels of an organization
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Compensation

The salary for this role starts at $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
