About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Family Time Facilitator to join our team at Clarvida. As a member of our team, you will work closely with families involved in the child welfare system to provide support and guidance in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess family needs and develop ongoing goals with the family and their professional team
  • Provide psychoeducation and in-the-moment parent coaching and redirection
  • Testify in court as needed and provide accurate documentation
  • Report any abuse or neglect concerns and provide transportation as required

What We're Looking For
  • Master's degree in a Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, etc.)
  • Currently or eligible to register with the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)
  • Prior experience working with kids, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution, and knowledge of child development and the child welfare system
  • Proof of valid Driver's License with clean driving record and valid auto insurance
