Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Pioneer Health Care Management Inc in PSV. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

You will maintain a smooth and organized office environment, while providing excellent customer service to our clients and visitors. To succeed in this role, you must have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the business office, including administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all office procedures are aligned with company policies and regulations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software programs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
