Job Title: Guest Experience Manager

At CAVA, we're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Guest Experience Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our restaurants meet the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Team Members and Special Ops Trainers
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, inventory, and budgeting
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with General Managers to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance
  • Ensure a safe and positive work environment for guests and team members
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
