The Role
As a Guest Experience Manager at CAVA - Georgia, you will play a key role in supporting daily restaurant operations and leading a team of team members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and Developing Team Members: You will motivate and lead a team of team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Ensuring a Positive Guest Experience: You will be responsible for the entire guest experience, ensuring that every guest leaves our restaurant feeling satisfied and valued.
- Developing Culinary Leads: You will develop and train culinary leads to uphold food safety and quality standards, ensuring that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
- Overseeing Food and Beverage Management: You will oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budgeting, to ensure that our restaurants remain profitable and efficient.
- Assisting with Additional Duties: You will be responsible for putting deliveries away and assisting with any additional duties assigned by management.
Physical Requirements
The Guest Experience Manager role requires:
- Bending and Reaching: You must be able to bend and reach overhead often, as well as lift up to 50 pounds.
- Dexterity: You must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment.
- Temperature and Environment: You must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold and near open flames.
- Communication: You must maintain near constant communication with multiple people, including team members and guests.
- Vision: You must have close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
