About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our Hardlines team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for recruiting and launching businesses of all sizes to advertise their products on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential new sellers and develop a sales strategy to acquire and grow their commitment to Selling on Amazon programs.
  • Analyze customer data to maximize the potential of assigned territories and execute on recommended plans.
  • Implement and track metrics to measure the success and quality of sellers in your territory, using these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal team.
  • Prospect and close business to achieve quarterly quota targets for both the quantity and quality of sellers recruited.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and Amazon's product offerings.
  • Prioritize and complete additional projects, such as mentorship and sales, while maintaining a current book of business.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for respective territories.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.
About the Team

Our team specializes in recruitment and development of new-to-Amazon sellers in the Hardlines categories. We are customer-obsessed and focus on delivering best-in-class growth recommendations for our selling partners while highlighting unique selection at competitive prices for our end customers.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with pipeline management skills and exceeding sales goals.
What We Offer

Amazon offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $43,300/year to $92,600/year, depending on location. We also offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
